Mission and Vision
One Earth Alliance x Global Shapers Community Beijing Hub = One Earth Shapers
One Earth Shapers (OESers) is a growing community of emerging leaders passionate about sustainability and systems change. We selectively invite new members on a rolling basis, with around 30 active members to nurture deep connections and authentic collaboration.
The program also integrates engagement with global startup ecosystems, including 500Global and Breakthrough Energy, and immersive experiences in leading innovation hubs like HKSTP, Cyberport, and The Mills Fabrica. The fellowship experience concludes each August with the fellows co-producing a short film that highlights their personal growth and insights into climate action, drawn from interactions with leading climate thought leaders. This exclusive platform not only fosters professional growth but also amplifies their impact on local and global sustainability efforts.

How We Operate
We host quarterly gatherings, which may be online or in-person, featuring fireside chats, peer learning, and intimate speaker sessions.
To keep the community vibrant, members who do not attend any event within 12 months may be rotated out to make space for new voices.
Note: This is an evolving initiative — as our community grows, so too will our formats and structures.
