Recruitment Update

We’re evolving! One Earth Shapers will now recruit on a rolling basis. If we encounter or find someone inspiring, we invite them to join—simple as that. We’re capping our community at ~30 active members to maintain quality and intimacy. If someone becomes inactive for over a year, we may remove them to make space for new voices.
